Prior to 2015 when I began my journey, I worked for a radio station and in a well known retail store (the one with the notoriously tear jerking Christmas adverts!). The moments that sparked joy for me however was not the buzz of the chaos, it was the moment I got to engage with people and hear of their journeys. Ultimately my heart needed more, so I studied and qualified as a Social Worker.
Working with women experiencing addiction, domestic abuse, mental health difficulties and the toughest times of parenting their children created my why. These experiences and lessons allowed me to strengthen my psychological expertise. I returned to University to complete a Master’s in Psychological Sciences whilst completing my formal training as a Psychological Coach—equipping me to support people with clarity, compassion, and meaningful change.

Working with clients within the parameter of my own company is extremely rewarding. I can work with individuals knowing the research behind the methods are effective. My work fully aligns with my values as an ethical practitioner, and I am able to focus on the most beneficial model and approaches tailored to my clients needs. People are my passion, and I am committed to providing the highest quality of care.
